Terms & Conditions >

Nondual Communication is dedicated to fostering a world where everyone's needs are acknowledged and respected, using the power of dialogue. This means we strive to ensure that all needs are heard, understood, and thoughtfully considered. These T&C apply to course participants and, as applicable, to coaching clients.

We kindly ask you, the participant, to review the following terms. If you would like any adjustments to these 'terms and conditions,' please reach out to us directly. We are happy to discuss and find wording that works for both parties.

> If you choose to leave a training at any point before it concludes, you agree to pay the full course fee. This is because we invest significant energy in organizing the course, and your spot could have been given to someone on the waiting list. Also, sometimes there can be special considerations about the composition of a course cohort, and leaving a training changes the balance of the group.

> If there are fewer than 4 participants for an online course, Nondual Communication reserves the right to cancel the event no later than 7 days before it starts. In such cases, any pre-payment will be refunded within 2 weeks of the cancellation notice. This helps maintain balance for our trainers.

> Company-sponsored participants are welcome to join trainings for the general public under the condition that the full fee of the range is paid in advance. This is to care for a sense of balance and sharing learning opportunities & resources, as we make scholarships available for members of the general public.

> You are responsible for informing the trainers about your health status, including any physical or mental conditions, as well as any medication you are taking. This ensures safety and clarity for both you and the trainer.

> Neither Nondual Communication nor its trainers are responsible for any physical or psychological harm claimed to arise from participating in the course or training. This is to establish a shared understanding of ‘self-responsibility.’ We encourage you to speak up if something feels unsafe, and to listen to yourself and take any necessary steps to ensure your well-being. Safety is very important to us, but everyone requires different forms of care. We are here to support you in that!

> In case of face-to-face meetings, you agree to cover any damages you may cause to property, whether it is movable or immovable, at the venue where the course or training takes place. This reflects our shared understanding of ‘self-responsibility.’

> For online course recordings: – Unless otherwise specified on the website, online sessions will be recorded and shared with the group for viewing. Participants who join within 3 weeks after the start will also receive recordings of missed sessions. – Recordings will be shared through platforms like Google Drive or Vimeo for viewing only. Please do not download the recordings, but if you must, you agree to delete the videos at latest 4 weeks after the course. Recordings will remain available for up to 3 weeks after the final session. – You agree to keep the recordings for personal use only and not share them with anyone else. This respects the privacy and choices of all participants, including the trainers. We provide recordings to support participants' learning while prioritizing privacy for everyone involved.

> If you have a complaint, we will try our best to work this out to your satisfaction and if needed, a third party mediator can be requested. The cost of this will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. This process is to care for your sense of being understood as well as objectivity.

> Confidentiality: All communication with Nondual Communication, both during and outside the course, will be treated confidentially. Participant information is stored securely on Google Drive. You can always request your information to be removed and we will always honor that request.

> To secure your spot, we require a non-refundable prepayment. The remaining balance is due within one week of the course's completion. We prefer that participants pay when they feel they've received value, so payment is more about gratitude than obligation. If you'd like to pay earlier, that's welcome too.

> "Regret Period": You can receive a refund for your prepayment if you cancel within 14 days of making the payment and at least 5 working days before the course begins.
