Other NVC activities include using my network to successfully reach out to Unilever CEO Alan Jope during the Ukraine crisis, to see if we could make a dialogue happen between Putin and Zelensky (together with Yoram), setting up Israeli-Palestine mediations, helping Liv Larsson edit her book on shame & raising kids, and other such initiatives.

AYAHUASCA >

2015-2017 Ayahuasca ceremonies are sometimes likened to “10 years worth of therapy in 4 hours time”.

Between March 2015 and March 2017 I attended several quite transformative spiritual deep-dive workshops with the shamanic use of the plant medicine brew called Ayahuasca, facilitated by a highly professional and skilled group in the Netherlands. They were three 3-day retreats, one 4-day retreat, and one 5-day retreat. I also drank and sang with the Santo Daime church 2 evenings. This experience was unbelievably important for me, and at the same time I would urge anyone with a serious curiosity in these matters to seek proper advice before venturing in this direction. Always be safe.

ACADEMIC: PHILOSOPHY >

2005-2008 Philosophy Cum laude BA degree specializing in phenomenology and philosophy of language and cognition, at University of Amsterdam. I also studied philosophy of science, logic, ethics, ancient philosophy (minor), metaphysics, philosophy of culture, anthropology, politics, and law. My BA thesis went deep for me. I saw the inseparability of epistemology and ontology in the depths of phenomenology. That connection later helped hugely in my getting a grasp on the nondual perspectives of advaita vedanta and other nondual views of reality.
